Off To College

Well guys, I might just be out of here...

Today is my last day at home and then I'm moving to Tucson AZ for college (University of Arizona, for those of you who weren't here for my posts a few months ago talking about it.) Not sure how much I'll be here anymore, but it'll definitely be less than it is now. I'll pop in from time to time though :)

It's been fun, I'll miss some/most of you: Adam and GirlUWant especially, my two fellow mass-mischief-makers. I've been here a damn long time and have seen some cool people come and some cool people go, and I certainly hope that there will be cool people still here when I return!

So for now... Syrgot out!

RE: Off To College

I went to a wedding last weekend...the groom was an ASU grad. I thought it was funny how they do that thing that looks like "the shocker", but I see, that is not which school you are going to.

Have a great time. Best of luck with the whole journalism thing...my daughter is going to be an editor for her school's newspapaer this year.

RE: Off To College

Here's some advice...

Study more than you party

Don't eat too much pizza and gain a ton of weight

Use a condom, but don't be a man-whore

Go to as many athletic events as you can, because once you get out of school, they charge a fortune

Don't drink and drive

Have fun and try not to fall in love too early

Don't rack up a bunch of debt if you can help it!

RE: Off To College

of course im joking about that one...well it depends on what you go to, he wants to go into literature or something so college would be a good idea...but everyone at where i work says college is a waste of time if your going into IT or something or doing what they are doing (they're instructors)...pretty much anything with computers and stuff...i can take all those classes for free, i just found out...so now im working on A+

RE: Off To College

If I review someone's resume and see they don't have a degree, I'll pick it like a little kitty and say "awwww" and pet it cuz I feel sorry for it and then rip that ****ing thing to pieces and toss it in the trash and spit on it.

RE: Off To College

Mr. Manager you speak like the typical corporate middle management moron that is is so afraid to think for themselves that they have to get upper management's approval two weeks in advance just to take a ****. If the sole item you are looking at on a resume is 'degree' you probably should be working in an area that involves more contact with mops and brooms. I know people with great degrees form top colleges and they are unqualified to run my 5 year old sister's lemonade stand. On the other hand I know people that have no degree that have gone on to be very successful in business. Try expanding you pea-sized brain for a little while and read the whole thing.

Also, I know what you are going to say and you are wrong.
