I buy one everywhere I go (for vacation) and other people know that I collect them so they give them to me when they come back from vacation also. It is a great excuse to buy a good bottle of Gin and try out my new gift. My sister does the snow globe thing, my mother likes magnets, my dad likes coff-ay mugs. There are a ton of "lame" vacation souvenir collections in the world. What's yours? |

I don't have a very cool collection, I've only got three or four. I bought one in vermont at a maple tree farm when I was eight, even though I didn't know what it was. I've also got one that has a picture of a stick figure puking, with an X through it... and my sister got me a UofA one... but I forgot ALL of them when I moved. I've got to get those next weekend when I go home, as well as my bottle of Gin and my piece. I had to leave those behind on the big move because my mom was going through all of my crap before we put it in the car and that would be just one more thing for her to have a spaz attack about. |

One of them has really hard assigments, but without a lot of reading, and the other one is giving us on average 4 hours of reading a night, but not really any assignments. But, the two courses (Both being philosophy) are going hand in hand, so the reading I'm doing for one helps with the other, and vice versa. I'm liking it though, the dorm life is interesting. There's really only one person in my hallway who I can't stand... he was running up and down the hallway banging on everyones door yelling "Penis" the other night... sounds like someone we all know :) I've got a crappy little piece at home, it's clay but it does its job. Theres a big glass shop down the street from here that a friend of mine just went to. I might go get a new one eventually but I never smoke by myself so I don't know if I'd really need to buy another one, seeing as everyone I smoke with always has one. |
