General train of thought: Point one: Wormwood is used in wicca/western tradition magick to bind spirits to this plane. Point two: Wormwood is the flavouring agent used in absinthe. Conclusion: I'm willing to bet that a bottle of absinthe has the same effect on a vampire as regular alcohol has on humans. The only plot I could come up with for this was drunken karaoke, but that concept just didn't come across too well in text ;). It's all yours if you want it. |

As for the language - I don't swear, so you won't be seeing certain words in anything that I do ^_^ On the technical issues: The source code is a hodgepodge of lots of things (image map generators, poll code generators, ComicGen scripts at work), so as long as it shows up all right I'm satisfied ^_^ CSS files don't work on ComicGen. It has some equivalent scripts, but they're being revised at the moment. Once they're ready, I'll start using them like crazy. On anything to do with The Plot: Sooner or later. Probably later. In the meantime, go read the manga. On anything else that's been said: Good idea, and I'll try to use it some time ^_^ |
| Posted By: Inara Posted On: Oct 12, 2005 Views: 1088 | Stuff Okay, two parts of suggestions (warning: you asked a graphic designer for her opinion ;) ) Tech side: The pages would load faster and it would probably just make your life easier in general if you implemented a lot of your layout and design features using an external CSS file rather than having the inline CSS here and there mixed with the tables (the W3C even offers a validation service, so you can check for code problems before users report them - I know I hate getting the 'why is your site broken' e-mails on my own site) Also, I have a tendency to confuse the 'Storyline Start' and 'Next' buttons, but that may be something personal I need to deal with ;) Story side: five words: Restraint Control Technique Level Zero! How bad do I want it? Well, let's just say there's a reason I'm trying to talk my fiance into growing some facial hair....... |

Sometimes they're centered, sometimes they're to the right or left, and every now and then they're so far over that I have to side scroll. Also, (purely techie, has no bearing on the actual appearance of the web page) your source code would give my programming teacher chest pains ;) |
