There will be NO Auto Insurance coverage. It is a "Drive at your own risk" Autobahn. The minimum speed will be 120 mph with no maximum speed allowed. Rules for the U.S. Autobahn are VERY SIMPLE: Slower traffic WILL use the right lane and the left lane is for passing ONLY. Violators will be on camera and a ticket for $2,000 will be issued. Tailgating will cost you $2,000 as well. Cameras are set at every 1/4 mile the ENTIRE length of the Autobahn. No children under 18 are allowed to run the Autobahn. No passengers are allowed unless with written consent. If you wreck and die, tough luck. Drive as fast and as far as you want. The cost to run the autobahn pays for the autobahn. If you want to run the autobahn it will cost you $200. to get on it no matter how far you go. Gasoline is supplied at "pitstops" along the way and the price of gas is capped by the U.S. Government at the National Average for Unleaded or Diesel. No Big Rigs allowed. Your vehicle MUST run a minimum of 120 mph. If your car catches on fire don't forget the marshmallows. Your Auto Insurance will NOT cover you ANYWHERE on the U.S. Autobahn. If another driver hits and criples you... SORRY! YOU chose to be on the U.S. Autobahn. Drive or ride at your own risk. With an outlet like this we would have a lot of aggressive people driving the U.S. Autobahn... if only for a 20, 30, 50, or 100 mile stretch... and probably once or twice per month just to get on and off it. Eventually, half will be killed (or more) and it will become safer over the years to drive the U.S. Autobahn. Some people might run the entire thing instead of flying in a plane across the country. Speed does NOT kill. Tailgating is what kills. Following too close is what kills. Not looking ahead is what kills. We Need A U.S. Autobahn !!! |

Sitting in the left lane, tailgating, not-stopping at stop signs or red lights. I just can't believe that so many people lose all common courtesy when they drive. The noecst people in the world are some of the biggest @%#$$ on the road. I think there are too many people on the road and people lose themselves in the crowd. |

Most states have road rage laws, fine. But what has really changed? Not much. Point is we need more cops - for everything (on the road, patroling neighborhoods, drug busts, etc.). All of these drivers know cops are in short supply and take full advantage of it. Let's face it, speeding tickets aren't all that expensive to most people with a good job. I think we need more cops, higher fines, and a mandatory loss of license for oh say 30 days it caught driving with road rage. More revenue from fines to help the economy, less accidents, more jobs (cops), less deaths - how can you go wrong with that? I just bought a new car, a Honda Civic Si and it looks fast. I get people challenging me to race just about every time I go on the highway. It gets old because I look like a pansy or something becuase I am more mature. I'll admit I go 5 over most of the time, but I am crawling compared to roughly 80% of drivers these days. What happened? Is it my car or did we just have an explosion of hot heads in this country. We need more cops BAD. Any officers that could respond to this would be appreciated, I feel bad for the crap you guys have to deal with. one last word... f**k SUVs |
