Salari Posted On: Oct 24, 2002 Views: 2533 | IELST as an english test for immigration Dear Sir, The best way of learning a language is to live in that country.It is unfortunate that countries like Autralia, Canada and New Zeland as for a score ban of IELTS before they be accepted as Immegrant.Actually IELTS measure the degree of concentration and not the english proficiency.In this way they probably loose a lot of good and qualified immigrants. |
