I have been looking for one, that is reputable to play in and still cannot trust any. If you know or anyone else knows where I can play, it would be appreciated if you could post it. I am not able to get out to play at the regular halls and therefore, my form of entertainment for the moment is the on line sites. Keep exposing these sites bingo players so we do not fall prey to this type of thing. Regards.... Michelle |

A special game was played out and winners and payouts posted on December 9/06 and we are to believe that there was a game server malfunction which left players out of lots of winnings. "Hiding behind terms and condition" on their site saved them from paying out a lot of money. I wish to post a statment from Dave Granic, Manager of the site, when several players challenged they be paid. I will also post my response as well. We involved an unbiased third party and lost the battle but I am certainly not going to stop posting on boards to make sure their SCAM is NOTICED AND HOPEFULLY PLAYERS ARE NOT AGAIN, SUCKERS!!!!!!! HIS RESPONSE TO ME AND I QUOTE: I am dialogging with both of you at the same time as I know you are in cahoots. Both of you have been customers a long time and in all your experiences with the site, the people you interact with, the people you may have even met at any time did we not treat you with integrity and respect? I don't think you understand how hard the incident on the weekend is effecting the staff. I have 30 dedicated individuals that work very hard to make sure you get the very best. This incident has upset all of us. I do not know what you expect your "bleating" on the forums is going to do for you? It sure as hell will not besmirch the integrity of the site. It wont work to extort money from the site. All it is doing is upsetting the people that work very hard for you. The matter of Integrity and honesty is brought up in your postings, I would like to tell you about the player integrity and honesty we experienced during this incident. All the players that emailed us and left voice mail messages telling us the games were malfunctioning had integrity and honesty. All the players that told us they stopped playing because they knew it was wrong had integrity and honesty. All the players that told us to TAKE the SJ back had integrity and honesty. The player that called EVERY Granic family in Ontario in hope to find me had Integrity and Honesty. So I ask you what did you do when you realized the game was malfunctioning? Did you think to contact us or did you MAXCARD? If you feel that you were treated unfairly, as it seems you are the only two, I suggest we settle it in arbitration under the following conditions: 1. you desist from upsetting the staff and players with your "bleating" on the forums and chatrooms and remove your postings 2. You will not be able to smoke in any part of the bingo hall, not even in a seperatly ventilated smoking room. Does anyone know from experience if the bingo hall will decline in attendance and revenues? Any discussion is appreciated. Thanks, Jeff |
