Unless it is someone who has already done somee heinous ****. its just not important enough to catch some young,dumb pot dealer to justify the deliberate attempt to take their life. This would be a vicious law that would only increase the amount of violence in the country. We live in the U.S. and this would be a severe encroachment upon our liberty and one step closer to a police state. |

It wouldn't take very long for someone smart enough to come along and make it possible for criminals to stop your car...makes stealing them in desolate areas so much easier! Or, murder even...I mean, most people probably don't worry about that stuff, but I know anything in life is possible, so better to be safe and think of ALL the possibilities. |

Unfortunately, police don't have the aim they do on tv or in the movies. If they discharged their weapons in public, far more innocent people behind the perpetrator would get shot than actual suspects, thereby INCREASING the amount of innocents injured during chases. It's a good thought though. |

IF you are willing to give up a little of your liberty, they have made technology that all new cars would be outfitted with a devise that would allow us to kill the engine on any car at any time we deem "Safe". The Problem is people don't want them in their cars. SO write to your Representatives and let them know you are for these devises! |
