That 600 men rode into the wrong area because someone had missed interpreted. Some had blundered was right. They were to stop their emnemys from stealing from their miltia buildings. But all that was sent was a letter. And someone misinterpreted. And what if the soldiers had kids at home??? Someone in my class broke down crying. Now i listen to this every night before i go to bed. :) its so nice to hear. So patriotic. |

"(Is) there a man dismay'd? Not tho' the soldiers [must know!] Some one had blunder'd: Theirs not to make reply, Theirs not to reason why, Theirs but to do and die..." Except I think many of our troops must be dismayed! I pray for our forces in Iraq, I pray they may soon be brought home safely. "They that had fought so well Come thro' the jaws of Death [come] Back from the mouth of Hell, All that [is] left of them!" |
