Posted By: Hunter Posted On: Oct 8, 2006 Views: 2479 | Old Games I still own all but 3 of those games and the consoles to play them on. I think I'll be tempted to re-purchase them on the Wii, especially if they play just as smoothly as the originals. I dunno how it will feel to play NES games on a controller with so many extra buttons, but I figure it won't be too bad. I'd love to get rid of my classic collection, but will they still be worth any money now that people can just get them on the Wii? If it's not worth enough to sell them on ebay, i'd just as soon keep them and not buy the Wii versions. Now, on the other hand, perhaps i'll keep them AND get the Wii versions of, say, Super Mario Bros. I mean, I moved recently and haven't actually hooked up any one of those classic systems (the oldest system I have connected to a TV here is Dreamcast)... So it would be mucho convenient if I could just play them right from the Wii. Is the Wii classic controller wireless? Oh and I request Military Madness (TG16) for Virtual Console download! And Alien's Crush (TG16)! There should also be a number of Sega Saturn and Dreamcast games available, which I know they have not announced at all, but it would be wonderful, wouldn't it? For years, publishers have toyed with the notion of releasing Radiant Silvergun for an American console, so why not simply have it released on the Nintendo Virtual Console? Please! |
Posted By: Kevin Posted On: Sep 11, 2006 Views: 3031 | keep it cheap i wont pay more than $5 for any of these old games but I would definitely love to see NFL blitz 2000(64) and Ken Griffey Jr. baseball(64). Virtual console is brilliant, i love you nintendo. |
