Previously Ryan's weight problem has not been clear to me but upon reading the previous comments I have realised his weight is becoming problematic. If you look back to his hat-trick from a previous game it is noticeable that he is, to be polite, plump. As a paid footballer you would expect him to lay off the drink that is clearly affecting his gut and take his training more seriously. Although having a good goal scoring record at the club he has not been contributing all round to the quality I expect. According to his profile he is a P.E. Teacher and I feel for his students to achieve highly he should be demonstrating a higher level of fitness. |
| Posted By: William HR Posted On: Mar 15, 2007 Views: 289 | Royston i concur with the previous comment just posted. when was the last time he trained properly? his laziness and lack of commitment are not good. despite the Stones being top and his recent hat-trick Ryan has lost his recvent sharpness. if he was fitter he could move up into midfield and dictate. instead he lies dormat in defence complaining of silly injuries to his legs. maybe if they had to carry less weight they would get injured less. Come on Ryan sort it out. Up the Stones. |
| Posted By: Nick Posted On: Mar 15, 2007 Views: 293 | Ryan is too fat! Ryan Royston has appeared to me this season to of gained a few pounds, this shows a lack of commitment to the club and dedication to his training and the sport. I hope the Stones coaches take my opinion on board and help him shed the stones as it has clearly had an adverse affect on him causing his early departure against Croydon Athletic. |
