| Posted By: Nugget Posted On: Apr 20 Views: 165 | Re- civilian Commissioner I read a comment which state "anyone that is not a police cannot be corrupt, so a civilian would make a perfect commissioner". Is it that the police or further more the heads of governments are not products of our society? without a corrupt society there can't be a corrupt police force. there fore don't only target the corrupt police officers, but also those who seek to encourage them. Are you not a corrupt element when you bribe the police or even the examiner to get a drivers license? seek to get rid of your corrupt ways before dealing with the larger public. |

Initiating the thought of a civilian is only considering the side of corruption when the other side needs to be examined, in terms of someone who has the proper technical, human and conceptual skills required by the police force. Please note it is not to be misunderstood that a civilian will not posses these attributes but i think its best to get this person from inside the polie force. |
