It got some decent reviews and when I caught it on DVD, I was pleasantly surprised by it. It's an unconventional "guy flick" with some great performances. It's great to see actors enjoying their roles and that's what I see Crowe doing here. I also like "White Squall" and I'll go on record saying that Scott's BIGGEST MISFIRE was "Hannibal" (a movie that never shoulda been made where we find that Hannibal Lector is just not as scary when he's not behind bars). |
