| Posted By: Amy Posted On: February 21st Views: 154 | Simply Amazing I was so unhappy when Phil Collins made his farewell tour… because I had never had the privilege to se him on stage. But then he went on tour with genesis and that was so amazing because I LOVE their work! I have grown up with genesis under the influence of my father, and their music is very precious to my (as it phil Collins solo work). My parents gave me the tickets for Christmas and I was so happy and shocked that i just collapse and broke down crying… then came the most fantastic day of my life standing only in the 3 row I experienced what I had dreamed of most of my life… I was bewitched from the moment the show started and the feelings that roused in side my and the journeys the music took me on, I will never be able to explain… I know that I can’t ever thank genesis enough |
| Posted By: Roland Caley Posted On: Nov 15, 2008 Views: 265 | Genesis I went to see them at Manchester then drove down to see them in London. Then went to this year's first showing of the 'When in Rome' coverage and met all three of them afterwards. Thank you, Genesis, you're the only band worth listening to. Got to go, Supper's Ready is on the turntable. |
