There is a group of three of us who are working under an RFP from Microsoft to develop a powertoy that extends the video functionality. I've noticed that on some gateway's the icon doesn't show up and on some ibm's the button grays out; it works fine every time on my new dell (not a tablet though) running vista. I search for ghost registry entries and then change all the registry items for the powertoy install version and then perform a reinstall and have had good results. Hopefully it will "fix" itself before we do a release. |

Am I correct in saying that some require software that doesn't come, and won't work with 32-bit Vista Business? If so, that seems a little curious that even though I have Microsfts latest software I can't run some of the powertoys. Enough of the whining already..... Otherwise I want you to know that I really do appreciate and enjoy the efforts that you are all making. The Powertoys significantly improve the functionality of One Note. As a recent convert, I do try to pass on the good word to work colleagues. |
