Peter, Bjorn, & John PB&J are fun. Just like when I ate them as a kid. As a kid, I hated the crust and my Mom would cut it off for me. But now, I am a grown up and I appreciate the sophistication of the crust. PB&J are fun and sophisticated. They remind me of crustless fun lunches from a brown paper bag but they also remind me of the crusted treats I occasionaly still endulge myself with today.
