Is the summit to find a solution or to run away from the solution? The solution is; let there be true federalism in Nigeria as it was in the first republic. Let homogenous states come together, form themselves into viable regions, control there resourses. Abuja should only receive contributions from the various federating units 15% at most, let there be a healthy competition in Nigeria as it was in the first republic. The present system of centralising resourses and sharing it to various states encourages laziness, and mediocrity. That is why there is constant struggle on sharing formula.
