| Posted By: sarah Posted On: 9 days ago Views: 32 | scoliosis am 17, i have had scoliosis since i was 14. and this couple years, my life is like hell. mi have pain like every single day, every min.. and i can't do anything. like play sport.. it really sucks, and i have my shoulder my hip and my legs uneven.. and when i set in my class i get this pain, that is uncomfortable..and have friends who get their arm or leg cut and they would omg.. my life is over, blah,blah,blah and they actually have no idea what ppl go through with this kind of thing... i try not to thing about it, but it hard not to thing about something that thanking over your life... |
| Posted By: robin Posted On: Sep 28 Views: 250 | scoliosis I am 48 years old and had a spinal fusion when iI was 10 and another when I was 12. My left shoulder blade extends out and my right one is flat. I am a d/b manager at a grocery store and have back pain almost everyday of my life. The pain does not get better with age, it gets worse. I have to try not to think about it alot. If I thought about it all the time would never get out of bed. People that do not have it can not imagine the pain is causes, the muscle spasms or the fatigue that accompanys it. It's is nice to know that I am not the only one that suffers from constant back pain. I wish they could come up with a way to remove or flaten the over-developed shoulder blade. That would take away a lot of pain. |

I had been dealing with scoliosis years before it was detected. the degree of my curves (s curve or 2 curves) were severe i had to have surgery at a close hospital soon after we found out i had it..even after the few years i still have SOOO much pain its ridiculous! :-( i feel that scoliosis has ruined my life! |
