| Posted By: soapluver Posted On: Feb 26, 2010 Views: 334 | No Award For HeteroSexuals No soap would be nominated if there was an award for portraying heterosexual couples...because no soap right now even tries to show heteros in long-term, committed relationships. It's become all about hooking up, then breaking up. Even on the rare occasions a couple makes it to the altar, they break up within months. At least on ATWT, Luke and Noah have been together for several years (although they are never shown interacting in a NORMAL fashion for two people who are supposed to love each other.) When was the last time a NEW hetero couple on ATWT was allowed to have that kind of longevity? Basically, the writers are LOUSY when it comes to ALL relatiohsips, whether heterosexual OR homosexual. |

I have been a long-time watcher of this show and have thought many times during the recent scenes WOW, the production people are certainly brave going this far with this subject and the more I watched the more I agreed with what they are doing. Good job to them. |
