| Posted By: Herman Mason Posted On: Dec 4, 2016 Views: 505 | Hospital management People need to realize that the management of a facility like a hospital does not fall to the doctors and nurses, but to a management team. if the hospital is being poorly managed then the blame must fall on the management team and the powers that be who put them in charge. Management personnel, however, are made up as I have noticed not of qualified managers but of the cronies of the powers that be. This where the blame must be placed. the system has no checks and balance, no accountability. |

Government need to look in to the conditions and operation of STH, almost the entire medical team shows no regards to patient medical needs. |
