Yeah, unlocking all the secrets and stuff is nice, but the real reason I like to max out my characters is to fight all those secret hidden bosses (in those games that happen to have these kind of bosses, that is). I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I get to whip up on Omega Weapon, Ruby Weapon, Magi Master, and Ossma (or is it Ozzma? I can't remember right now). Even if it means spending countless long hours into the night training mindlessly to reach level 100, it's worth it to beat the strongest boss in the game. |
