What about if the judge is from the defendant's church and has a personal relationship with him? If so, why didn't the federal prosecutors object? I do not understand why so many improper things occurred. Is that judge elected or appointed? |
| Posted By: Blog Enthusiast Posted On: November 19th Views: 65 | Detached Analysis In Analysis of the charges and the equittal, there seems to be an OJ effect with high profile cases, stacked juries, and justice denied. The accused's friends fail to see beyond their association with him, to really grasp that he could, indeed, have been rightfully accused. They ask us to believe that there was a governmental conspiracy to accuse the defendant because they do not like him, or because they want to punish him? There would have been easier ways for them to have done that. Conspiracy theories are hogwash! His cult-like following cannot see that even his appearance is creepy. They discount that- while also refusing to face the other complexities in his contradictions. Who is more corrupt- lawyers or police? Who violated all of the Columbus citizens' rights by stepping over boundaries and interviewing prospective DA employees without authority or reason---the accused. Who asked him to do it? The DA. They knew the charges were coming then---despite their denials. The fix was in before the charges were filed. |

They didn't even take the stand at Trial. I know the Majority of our Local Law Enforcement are Great but A Few Bad Apples are in the Bunch! |
