I prefer New York Strip for the flavor, tenderness, and lack of FAT (Yechh)!
My second choice would be Filet Mignon, though a fresh cut here in the boonies is impossible to find.
In all honesty, I much prefer the flavor of Round Steak, but at my age, I just don't have the time to chew it!!!

Because I forgot a fine cut such as a ribeye. I just needed a new poll at the time. Surely I'll come up with something new soon.
