| Posted By: puppa java Posted On: Apr 18, 2005 Views: 715 | michael rose a. k.a. mykal roze i too am a fan of mykal rose and i think the guy who rated this a 2,1/2 stars is not a music lover cuz how can you like black uhuru but not his solo work your missing the creation from only the man in reggae music can do. thats why lots of artist today use some of his works in there muic. just to name a few is of course yall now junior reid and yami bolo and even luciano and shinehead ill stop there. and now if you listen to mykal you would know so if you dont know mykal rose then dont try fi judge his creation cuz you just dont know.... BIG UP MYKAL ROSE THE OVERDOZE!!!!!!! |

I've got almost all of Michael's solo albums and I haffi say, this is not the selection of his best work. Tracks like Big Ting or It's allright are more misunderstanding than regular his best work. So, see Dance Wicked album (1997-produced by Mafia and Fluxy), X-Uhuru (2001-Sly and Robbie) and extra energetic live album Party in Session, it's good showcase of his abilities. |
