| Posted By: joe Posted On: Nov 8, 2004 Views: 9117 | pay to play i think pay to play sucks but pre sale rocks!!! i can pick up the tickets before hand and act like a real live promoter and bring people to an otherwise dead club so the guy who printed the tickets can reap all the profits. i think the rest of the world where the entertainment gets paid for entertaining has it all wrong, in fact the whole work force has their head up their ass. if a doctor or lawyer loves what they do, they should be paying their patients/clients for the privilege of serving them. it's so obvious, i say to all those struggling musicians out there, be grateful that you live in a city where you are not only able to be a musician, but you are also a promoter, and best of all you get to pay someone else for all your effort and hard work!! |
