Drew and I had to go out and get a second dose of BTE this past Monday. We brought along a video camera and are currently editing footage. At first we blocked IP addresses, but large mail servers sometimes handle hundreds of emails, so the first person to vote that morning got the only vote. So then we changed our security to "cookies" but people found a way around that, so now we've installed a new EMAIL CONFIRMATION method. When you vote, the ballot will email you a link. Check your email, click on the link, and your vote counts. The same link should work once-a-day. (every 23 hours) AlSO: We're lowering the totals of some of the bands with massive votes, (but kept track of who and how many), to help level the playing field. AND, We're now monitoring the COMMENTS, so it might take a few days for them to appear. Final Award Decisions will be averaged from the following scources: 1. Ballot #1 - once total 2.
