MOTM

Good close game last night...loads of incidents,fast pace, hot weather, meaty tackles, good goals and horrific goalkeeping (you know who you are).

Few good performances on both sides and I found it difficult to decide who to pick but think I'll go for Karl....he seemed to put in a good shift for the Tatties and without a doubt, looks the most unbalanced player I've ever seen since Frank McGarvey but he does his job effectively....well done

on balance, i thought he was best

I thought Martie, Craig, and Jon had great games last night, but I was torn between Al and Karl for man of the match. Al was good at keeping the team motivated and getting us into position while he was in goals, and he scored a few belters from just inside the white half, and made a huge contribution. However, I lost count of the times I shouted 'good ball' or 'well won' to Karl - he was all over the pitch and kept on battling, so I thought he should get my vote today.

Hot Hot Heat

An epic game last night but it could have been a rout. I have to be honest & say that the Mincers should have won it last night but were let down by some poor finishing. Enjoyed the thunderous challanges but the highlight had to be Craigo flying through the air for his diving headers. He scored his fair share of goals too and so gets my vote for this week.

Never stops running

Tough one this week, lots of good performances but my vote goes to Jon for his constant running, dragging the opposition all over the pitch and creating spaces for others to run in to. Close behind was Si for putting in a great performance despite looking like he was about to throw up a lung at one point and also for surviving his close encounter with the wall! Perhaps MOTM should go to Iain for picking such level sides?!

MOTM = Jon

I had to give it to Jon this week for non-stop very goodness.

He ran all night, scored more often than missed and made some great passes and space for the rest of us.

thourgh proxy of Iain

Andy would like to vote for "I thought their lad with blonde hair with the cracking shot edged it. I’m not sure of his name" which I've interpreted as Al.

I thought Al was 'the man' last week - I think he scored a couple of belters just when things were looking a bit bleak for us, and also kept the rest of the team going as well.
