| Posted By: Yardgnome81 Posted On: Nov 15, 2007 Views: 770 | The Death of Thanos? When Thanos died at the hands of Drax (Cosmic Pimpc) the Destroyer, it was not only a pleasure to wintness the purple Mac Daddy's "fall" but rather an excape out of the vicious cycle of typicality of comic hum drum. He is finally by the side of Mistress Death with probably more power and more knowledge of the universe (studied Galactus and who know who he learned how to kill). Assuming ofcoure Marvel does not try to make him a hero (cross your fingers). Since he was previously cursed with immortality, he is not at all dead. He's alive and I believe he will play a significant player at the outcome of the Phalanx saga. |
| Posted By: erick Posted On: Sep 16, 2007 Views: 935 | thanos death Hell Yeah i actually love the idea of killing thanos and then ofcourse (comics) he'll come back to life and then starts an interstella mascre again and then Adam warlock and surfer might come out again and so on and what na... bottom line i don't mind drax killing thanos but they should have made it more interesting. |
| Posted By: scott hardy Posted On: Sep 15, 2007 Views: 938 | thanos as much as i love it, thanos is the one character that makes you question. batman does it for dc. everyone is scared of both of them, they are scared because it makes us question our own "good/evil", right/wrong judgements. no other person in the marvel U can do that.this is the level of any "classic" literature. this goes beyond christian, budhist, islamic. thanos asks "what are you doing to make your life perfect?". if you know then why are you not doing it. |
