It will say it is verifying my ID, then I get a message saying the remote computer did not respond. I'd rather just get a busy signal, as that wouldn't get charged to my phone company's monthly quota of local phone calls! Also, if I ever get a connection faster than 28.8kbps, it's a sure sign I'll get cut off in the middle of my session. |
