It is good to see that it's not just our view that this item is below par and so we'll see what the vendor does about it. In fairness, I intend to keep their identity quiet until they have a chance to respond - hopefully it was a simple error and they'll rectify it quickly. I'd be ashamed of myself if I just let a camera get to that state, let alone try to sell it on to a fellow enthusiast as being in "excellent" condition.
