The years of incompetency and pure laziness in the department is the problem. The office staff of temps were brought in because their was no competent staff available to handle the postions...as you know it was tried with one of your highland park water staff and she could not handle the job...therefore competent staff was brought in. Be assured no one wants the director's job...by the looks of your department no one wants the jobs they have. |
