He was constantly beating us students for frivilous reasons;leaving scarring on many students. Here is a list of some the things I’ve seen him do: 1.He once made Opuku Ware House Pay 50,000 cedis each for a Dvd Player which would be kept in his room 2 Daily, He would forcibly and violently cut the hair of students who either weren’t able to do so themselves of chose not with an unclean pair of scissors , which would often shred the skin of the possibly even spreading HIV |

The college decided to present the Super-zonals Athletics to him at his residence on Wednesday. Because the headmaster, Chairman of the Council of Heads of Assisted Schools (CHASS) was very busy, he delegated the task of trophy presentation to the President of Ghana to his deputies. Atiemo may not be normal after all Mr. Atiemo, the Senior Housemaster, was going with them to President Kufuor's residence. Amazingly, Mr. Atiemo took the trophy and started heading towards President Kufuor's home without any of the athletes that actually won the trophy. Atiemo stepped out of the Assembly Hall and saw the 2 sports masters and, considering them insignificant, decided to go and present the trophy to President Kufuor himself. The headmaster soon came and questioned him about the logic in such practise. How could a trophy be presented to the President without the people who actually won it being present? Who is the President going to congratulate? If the President has any advice for the winners, how would they hear it? The headmaster angrily warned him and asked him to take the athletes and sports masters along. Mr. Atiemo then called for the whole athletics team to come and join the delegates to President Kufuor's house. But as soon as the Headmaster departed for the meeting he was heading to, Atiemo left with the trophy, leaving the "insignificant athletes and the sports masters" behind. And this wanton disrespect is what triggered Mr. Lartey's resignation threat. Obviously, this behaviour also shows that Atiemo does not respect the Headmaster. Seniors as we talk of whats going on now and the problem of the un-amanfuo character exhibited by Atiemo ..I guess we should think on the positive side of helping the guy 'cos on a more serious note as one of the seniors said..he has been a great government teacher and then has served our amateur for a while now and needs sum help being it physically, emotionally or spiritually. we can share our views and comments or vice versa on that here and i know and hope it will be passed on to our masters courtesy Prempeh.org We all are doing a great job here and hope the Prempeh family over the whole world cover herself with the good old cloth. My lil Advice to Mr. Atiemo is to turn out a new leaf and appologise to all the Prempeh fraternity world wide and to continue with his work or if not then sending his resignation letter to the GES/Prempeh Heado will be great. | Posted By: Wastel Posted On: Mar 29, 2006 Views: 667 | My heart bleeds Anytime i hear of these stuff or read them,my heart breeds.My younger brother is at Prempeh now and he used to tell me all these but i did not take them very serious until i read them from the most credible site on earth.I am very surprised and my heart even aches.Can someone get me the phone number of the headmaster so i can talk to him.he needs to be talked to so he can enforce some sanctions on any master who abuses the sportsmen.They are our future.I see some of them in top-flight athletics.If they treat them like this,they will even "naturalise" and play for other European Countries.Ghana is wasting so much human resource through atrocities like this. |

I don't think Prempeh will ever get another saddam and O-square. These people did a lot for prempeh and they will ever be remembered. Action administration! They really changed and put prempeh at the top. I was a student when saddam was there and everybody loved him except those who did not like good change. By the way, who knows why saddam left prempeh? He definitely knew that he got a bad name for doing that but as it is now we mention Sadam's name as one of the best heado's to be at Prempeh college. so how come "Odompo" cant do the same thing. I dont know if he is scared of these tutors or what..since he came from Dompoase secondary to take the Job as Prempeh headmaster..he has been slow in his administration for my liking and it seems the dictation for him in his administration is become worse as the clock hands click each tyme. Instead of him getting the draw-backers from prempeh college he decide to participate in issues of no value..Yeah i was G'berg house from 2001(I know not long ago) but I have learnt a lot about my amataur and I know until we decide to replace sum of these stubborn teachers with prolific ones who has positive intention to help our up and coming students in every aspects of education or being it as sports, we will remain in where we are for schools like Opoku ware make a laugh of us. I remember, In 2002 when i was in form 2, Owusu Achiaw oredered all these prefects to our dorms and get rid of any multicoloured uniform (Multico) which was later given to the charity or so. I beg to differ that, all practice might be good but its time they have to know that ones u step into the sofoline campus, u are a matured young adult and to behave as such..if not detention or suspension straight. Yes I have learnt loads of way of desciplinary actions in London here and its quite unfortunate out teachers try to use insult and other techniques as their disciplinary routine. I will say the Atiamo guy needs sumone to advice or else Owusu achiaw shld get rid of him and his insolent behaviour in our Amataur. Am done Honeck!! Old boy (class of 2004) London. |

We're practicing good journalism right now, and we've been verifying all the facts relating to the current people. But when it comes to past administrations, Sekyere, for example, is not reachable for his side. All Amanfoo have been brainwashed by the official Board of Governors' (particularly Akosah's) charge that Sekyere was corrupt. It is now time to de-brainwash Amanfoo, then. So please provide your email. One thing I know is that there are traitors among us - which incidentally is the subject of my next report. Atiemo is bad. Very bad. And so is Koduah and a few rogue old boys. |

Now, I am glad that we are now seeing the bad guys in the school. These were some of the guys (atiemo, Kodua, Barimah, etc) who were trying to undermine saddam and bcos Saddam was a tough man and it wasn't easy for them to carry out whatever agenda they had, they decided to describe him as a dictator and all terrible words they could use. Sometimes, I read some of ur stories about saddam's administration and it makes me laugh bcos there is no iota of truth. Ask yourself, if all these problem existed in saddam's time. You said the boys miss O-square....in whose administration was O-square? When did he leave? Do you know why he left? I will encourage you to get in touch with O-square and he will tell you a lot about saddam's administration. Try to verify your stories before you publish them, if you want to practise good journalism. At least, try to get the two sides of the story then you can establish the truth in it before u publish. If you are not aware, saddam's administration was one of the best. His acheivement in the 3-4year that he was at Prempeh was just incredible. Please, try and do a good research which can help you compare all past administrations and present and you'll know what I am talking about. Did you ever hear that prempeh was falling in academics, had a food shortage or dinning hall problems, indiscpline, etc during Saddam's administration?? Who made Prempeh transformed, environmentally, into a beautiful place as it might still be looking, now.... Saddam introduced one of the best menus for d'hall, Prempeh was the best and always among the best during his time in academics, sports, etc...please, check all these facts.... In fact, if you don't mind email me and I will help you get some facts. It saddens me when you write and potray saddam as a bad administrator. Sorry, about this long stuff but I needed to cease this opportunity to let everybody know that Saddam was/is not that bad as he has been always potrayed.
