I've called 3 times

I've called the same RCC 3 times during crisis, and although I believe volunteers are great, my experience with the paid staff was much more postivie. I believe that having volunteer staff under the supervision of a professional is ideal.

Hotline

Everybody is different but staff can be overwhelmed and in a hurry. I'd rather have a volunteer who has time and can listen.
