What will happen to Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship after their "killing Naraku/finding the Shikon shards" adventure is over? Kagome will live in Inuyasha's time. Inuyasha will go to live in Kagome's time. Kagome and Inuyasha will continue to visit each other using the well. They will end their relationship, and not see each other anymore. We will never get to find out, because anime based on Rumiko Takahashi's manga NEVER tell how relationships turn out!
