Should the Bloomington comprehensive plan be changed to allow Walser Automotive to expand a dealership onto the old Grandma's restaurant property?
Absolutely Not!...We have enough auto dealerships in this part of Bloomington already!
No....Walser was well aware of the zoning before he purchased the property. Bloomington's comprehensive plan should not be changed.
I suppose... But only because I'm concerned that an alternative development at that location could be worse for the community.

Why Not?...A large auto dealership is an appropriate land use along the 494 frontage in NW Bloomington.
Yes....Give the poor guy a break! He was forced out of Richfield and paid big bucks for the Grandma's property because of its strategic and high visability location.
