| Posted By: DM Posted On: Oct 9, 2004 Views: 722 | RE: Planet 9 from Outer Space First of all, "Plan 9 From Outer Space" is a 50's "B" sci-fi flick that has been voted the worst film ever made. I have seen it multiple times, and I can tell you it is hilarious. The special effects, acting, dialogue, and direction are all roll-on-the-floor hysterical. In one scene, a couple of men are in a graveyard and you can clearly see one of the tombstones sway when one of them brushes it. That said, the soundtrack is definitely the only good thing about the movie. Most likely by coincidence, it is the same music that was used in the trailer of "Rear Window", one of Alfred Hitchcock's masterpieces. |
