They got discovered by music producer Peter Hoffmann. Their favorite city Tokyo or Tokio in German Due to their tours and traveling and their love for cites "Hotel" came along. They started to have singles.However, shortly before release of their first album, Sony terminated their contract.Tokio Hotel under contract and developed a marketing plan.
