Didn't like "A night at The Opera" the first time I heard it. But in some way it got under my skin, and I became addicted to it. It wasn't any other record in the entire world for me! And from then it was a long waiting for every new album. But the waiting were shortened with buying Queen, Sheer Hart Attack and Queen II. One of the biggest moments were 12th April 1982 when they had concert in Norway. Got a very short meeting with the band when they went into the concert-hall. In Sept. -98 I met Brian after his concert at Rockefeller in Oslo. He's really a nice guy who takes good care of his fans. Last time I saw bandmembers go live was at the tour-opener at Brixton Academy in 2005. An OK performance, and a celebration to good music. But I missed Freddie.... |

I was brought to tears twice!! Once when Brian came out alone and sang "Love of my Life" and again when Roger came out from behind his kit and sang "Days of Our Lives" It was incredibly moving and reminded me what a sad day it was back in '92 when we heard the news.
