I'm no lawyer but i do know a few things and he's innocent even a blind man could see that. Now everyone is all about telling him to have faith and be strong now thats all good but how long could he go on that way he's only human. His lastest song reflection is cry out for help. He needs our help he needs something to be done to get him out of there. I don't understand if so many people are trying to get him out why is he still locked up. Now the whole situation surrounding Jah Cure imprisonment is really sad since he was convicted on the identification of his voice which is really puzzling because I have eight sisters and four of us has the exact tone of voice, even our boyfriends or husbands can't identify who they're talking to when they call on the phone. Scarey but true so that in itself shows you that it is possible for two people to have the same tone of voice. So there goes the prosecution defense except there wasn't a jury trial because the victim claims that he had a gun although no gun was ever recovered he was charged in gun court which does not require a jury. Now the gun charge was later thrown out and his sentence reduced but no re-trial. Okay Jah Cure had an alibi of his whereabouts the night the incident occured no witnesses were called to collaborate his story. So after reading just a few points what do you thing was he falsly imprisoned or not since there's a lot more contridicting evidence proving Jah Cures innocence. |
