I don't know anything about other countries, only Australia. But I have some hints of things you can do that really help. If it's the pain you need, get a rubber band, and stick it around your wrist, and then when you want to cut, flick it on your wrist, you know, like pull it back and let it go. That way you get the fix you need, but you aren't all cut up. I know it's substituting one addiction for another, but it's less harmful, and people don't notice as much. And *you* don't feel so bad - because you haven't cut. Actually, you feel better about yourself, because you *haven't* cut. Try that! |

| Posted By: steven Posted On: Oct 30, 2002 Views: 865 | RE: tools for cutting razor blades are the easiest things to get hold of, after all no control over who can buy them (even if you could get odd looks not like you'll get questions). guess that utility knives and modeling knives are harder to get (least in the UK) but family are good for them. worst things I used was a carving knife, something I haven't been able to hide as it was on my fore arms and are still obvious over 4 years on. |
