It'd be helpful if you talked in complete sentences and didn't ramble on. But um no I'm not from that part of the USA but if you want to give them a good book to read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians is good. It's about a modern day half-blood (also known as demigod, like Hercules). If you don't know who Hercules is then that's sad. |

Percy Jackson and the Olypians is, to me, almost tied with Artemis Fowl...... There is no Genius, other than Annabeth, but it's da best..... Seriously, read it..... There are 3 out, that I know of...... #1: The Lightning Thief, #2: The Sea of Monsters, #3: The Titans Curse........ And then another good series is Eragon&Eldest....... But I know how some of you feel...... 'Cause I barely have any friends to talk to...... But, if you like a book and your friends don't, who cares???????? Maybe read some books they like........... Just a suggestion |

There's a rumor that the last book will be called Empire... Not positive, though. The name of the series is the Inheritance Trilogy. :D Also have you tried out the Pendragon series by DJ MacHale? It rocks! It's about this guy (I believe it starts in 8th grade) who is a sports kid with an all around cool uncle. At least his uncle was cool until he started dragging his to different worlds called "Territories" to save their inhabitants from total destruction (do I sound like one of those book summaries yet? ;) ). It's very good and my description didn't do it justice. I HIGHLY reccomend reading it! |

'Cause all the people I talk to about haven't read any of the books I've read. Except for Harry Potter, but I don't like it that much..... Well I like it but there are better books...... But I like reading books that keep you interested..... Like 'Stranger with my face' and 'I know what you did last summer' and books by Lois Duncan, because she just knows how to write books I like:D, and Joan Lowery Nixon. Who can also write good books...... There was this other book by Meg Cabot, some Highschool book about King Aruthur now a days...... But I forgot what it's called..... '(something0 high' it's some school name.... That's probably why I forgot it..:D..... OH!..... ANd 'Magyk, Flyte, and Physyc(I forgot how 2 spell it but it's also spelt funnily)... They are by Angie Sage..... So yea.... Those are some of my favorite books.... :D |
