The only info they need is your home address, social security number ....etc. I didn't click the link because 99.9% of these "money" deals are false scams. Theres been a lot of talk about it on the news how if you send or reply to certain e-mails various companies will give you 50-100 bucks. Too good to be true and usually is. Just imagine EVERYONE going for this. 50 bucks may not be much but multiply that by about a million! Besides why would you wanna make a profit off this stinking war anyways Harry !?!?!? Secondly, I don't believe anyone on this board would fall for it! Anyway, government is on the side of the crookes as long as they pay the "royalty" (tax) Remember Jim Baker? He was saying on the Evangelist channel that "I talked to God last night and he told me to collect more money for Him"...and poor people were sending whatever they could spare from their minimal earnings. It was okay until Jim baker didn't pay something like $2 million in taxes. My mother watches Benny Hinn on T.V. and she actually believes he is healing people with serious illness. One day she found out he was going to be in Long Beach Auditorium...she begged me to take her to him because she is confined to wheelchair, hoping he would cure her by touching her forehead like he does almost everynight on T.V. No matter how hard I tried to convince her that it was B.S. it didn't work and she got upset with me. So finally I decided to call the phone number for an "appointment" to make her feel good. I told the woman who answered the phone that my mother watches Benny Hinn every night and believes in his healing power and when he comes to Long Beach she wants to be healed by him on the stage like those other people. She put me on hold, then a few minutes later she said we were welcome to go to the auditorium (about $50.00 admission) but no appointments on the stage. His show (scam) has been going on for many years on National Network, amazingly no one is stopping him from swindling people. He must be smarter than Jim Baker and sharing his profits with the Uncle Sam. I think it's a big shame... |

Infact, on the first page of this board look above and see you can get 50 bucks off (something) if you answer if Bush should be re-elected or not! Making money was never so easy as it is today!!! Sadly yes people who are by nature just good all around souls get the shaft by these crooks. Like the asshole you mentioned that takes people's money implying he can help them with an illness. Maybe just the thought of hope helps people and for that its worth it, but I can just imagine the crooks thinking otherwise while they are boating and flying to exotic locations on their money. If paying 50 bucks won't get her to atleast be able to be on stage you should have told them you'd pay them 100. Then as YOU stumble onto the stage (as if ill) you then prop yourself up and say "I'm healed" while punching the idiot square in the face. Ok maybe not a great idea especially if she thinks the world of the guy not to mention the lawsuit for assault and battery:) Might be worth it and in this case you'd be considered the GOOD GUY! May even expose the guy seeing it would make the press & the media would look into him abit more.(LOL) Don't worry Harry. They all get theirs in the end in some way. Just look at it that way. JSK |
