Movie rottweiler turns on Blair

Oh go on Michael, please do one on that grinning Cheshire cat Tony Blair.

An update for Americans. In the UK we have just had the European and local elections which have resulted in the biggest loss of votes that have ever occured in the history of the labour party (Tony Blair's party).

All commentators (including the politicians themselves) indicate this as a demonstration of the loss of faith the public has with Blair in his advocation of the mass murder that was initiated by President Bush against the nation of Iraq. Otherwise known as America's 'War for Oil'.

Looks like the Brits following the Spanish before them are voting against the leaders who freely advocate and promote unjustified war.

The end for the Yankee lapdog Tony Blair is very near now. Serves him right for hanging around with an ape.

He's been given a kicking at the local elections and was last night facing a bloody nose at the European polls. So it's just the kind of cheerful news Tony Blair needs now: that the cinematic equivalent of a rottweiler, Michael Moore, is contemplating making the prime minister his next victim.
Fresh from savaging President George Bush in the critically acclaimed Fahrenheit 9/11, the filmmaker is now thinking about making a movie about Mr Blair and Britain's role in the war on Iraq.

"I personally hold Blair more responsible for this war than I do George Bush. The reason is, Blair knows better," Moore said in an interview with the Reuters news agency. "Blair is not an idiot. What is he doing hanging around this guy?"

America has been bracing itself for the release of Fahrenheit 9/11, which won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes film festival. There has even been speculation that the film could help to tip the November US presidential election in favour of Mr Bush's rival, John Kerry.

The documentary, which condemns US involvement in Iraq and explores the alleged links between the Bush family and powerful Saudi Arabians, including Osama bin Laden's family, is considered so incendiary that its production company, Disney, blocked its subsidiary Miramax from releasing it in the US. Miramax chiefs Bob and Harvey Weinstein recently bought back the film from Disney and will release it on June 26.

Moore, described as a "slimeball" by George Bush senior for his denunciation of the Bush dynasty, said it had been a difficult decision to leave Tony Blair out of his current film. But he said he now wanted to take a closer look at the British leader's role in backing the war in Iraq and sending troops into harm's way.

"What I decided is that I need to make a separate film about Blair, at some point here. I need to do something about Blair and Britain," he said.

Moore said Mr Blair was like the US president's older sibling and should be asked how he could have let him get into such trouble.

He said he was steeling himself for efforts by Bush supporters to discredit Fahrenheit 9/11. He has hired two former political advisers to Bill Clinton to establish a "war room" that will immediately support any claims made in the movie that come under attack.

"You come at me with anything, we come back with the truth," he said.

RE: Movie rottweiler turns on Blair

In Canuckistan there is a backlash against the current Liberal government for FAILING to support the Murkin War of Aggression.

They might even get kicked out of power in favour of a more 'conservative' bunch - the PC party...so called the oxymoronic "Progressive Conservatives". They are the usual, typical conservative types of homophobic, misogynistic, bigots who think "progress" means living your life according to some ancient 2K year old book of desert-baked blather.

The Press had some fun when the previous leader of the PC party opined that he thought the world was 5 thousand years old, just like it says in his official copy of the Wholly Babble.

This bunch of fools might get elected.
Not that it will matter much cause we don't have much of an army to send around the world causing trouble anyway.

Poor Tony

Yeah, Dubya's little lapdog is probably going to lose big time...no surprise there. I don't see how in the world the Brits have stayed in the shooting galleries of Iraq this long. It still just amazes me how Bush totally squandered all the sympathy and good will directed at us in the months after Sept. 11. Another member of the Iraqi interim government assassinated yesterday. They are just picking those poor fellows one at a time at their leisure, it seems.

I will probably see "Farenheit 911" the weekend of the 25th, with a few leftist friends of mine (one's a former Marine, believe it or not). Since Moore picked up two distributors (Lion's Gate and IFC) it will probably be opening WIDE here in the US on Fri 6/25. That's awesome news and this film will, no doubt, rank right up there with his earlier films "Roger and Me" and "Bowling for Columbine".

Hopefully Bush follows Blair and loses his job, come November. We can only hope.

RE: Better than a pitbull

I think its a bit odd countries believe America is there just for the oil? Thats what you call the war ... the Oil war or something?
Why not the WMD war? Here in the states fuel prices have gone through the roof. Its roughly $2.11 for a gallon of gas!!!
But, (and I called it a few posts ago)the price will go down by summer. So yeah this War is really getting us all the OIL and fuel
we Murkin's needed!!! I don't think so!

Besides the gas prices is just a heads up wake up call by the companies that can get a way with it. GW should pass a bill not allowing un-enthical prices and should impose that they can't NOT stop production with gathering resources (like they do with food)

We have so much in reserve I think it was atfirst a bit dumb we didn't use some, but then again its a hoax and our fine president knows this.

As for movies who cares. How hard is it these days to make fun of just about anyone?
GW, Blair, Saddam, Reagan .... oh come on now thats far too easy.
I wanna see a movie downing BURT RENOYLDS, or Howdy Dudie!!! Now that'll be a challenge!

Later wierdos -

It can't be a WMD War, Killah....because there weren't any! LOL.

I guarantee, we'll be pumping that precious oil out of Iraq, sooner or later.

I believe I heard that Burt Reynolds is indeed Mike Moore's next target for savaging. God, someone needs to! Sheesh....

In the same sense wheres all the oil America is taking and profiting from?
GW's main priority was that of finding WMD not stealing oil as others are stating. I do think everyones joked and used that line too much as it is.
Come on now you don't need a joint to make you think about how many chemical, biological weapons that are filtering around Iraq and the middle east itself. Its quite easy to hide things over there.... people, bombs, guns and women's faces!!!

Howdie Doobie?
Christ Rough keep that under wraps. Thats a great idea and would fly in the culture we live in today. You made me think and I'm feeling abit creative this week. I'll be sure to do something (clip/pic) in regards to your .... our new hero Howdie!!!!!

Take care-

Dam it Harry shut up right now before I rip your mouth apart. Or whatever you said to that old chick a few months back.
Mr. Tough guy picking on the old people huh?

Is that ****ed enough?
It just isn't working today Harry sorry.

Lots of times I'm either more stoned & I appear to be actually angry while trying to make a statement or whatever you wanna call it.(If that makes any sense.) Or if I had a few pops but I rarely go online drunk anymore like some of our Canadian friends that come here. Even when you slurring drunk how hard is it to copy and ... oh never mind I promised not to use that insult anymore.

Can't help it dude. I simply don't agree with some of the garbage written or pics posted but I'll admit I'm a rambler and like to go in fine detail of how better I am than others:)
Ok, sometimes I get my panties in a bunch!

Now that I've explained it clearly to ya
**** off!

Ok and lastly. Rough everyone will be pumping oil and other resources from Iraq. But, this time more will profit from it seeing the money won't be going to just one person and organization.
They can decide who to trade with freely.

If you don't think we deserve a peice or if you don't want a peice of it I'll gladly take it.

**** OFF HARRY!!!

RE: U asked for it!?!?!?!

Jerry H Christ Harry you told me you liked me better when I'm angry.(like the Hulk!)

No, I wasn't angry (while writting that) and am still not. Theres no reason to be. I will not cut down on the weed. Maryjane actually calms me down and makes me creative. Maybe some others should endulge in such activities!

Remember when you told the old lady who was bossing her hubby around to shut her mouth or else ... and if you remember correctly I thought your words to her was funny. I still think it is. I just brought it up due to this situation and joked about how cool you were for telling off an old chick. Hey I told off some middle aged bitch for cheering when Ronnie passed.

As for fighting with you I really don't need to get in trouble for beating up on some dude that looks like a forigner(even though he's actually now a statesman) especially with the skinned head I now own:)
(Its my summertime look)

No instead if I met cha I simply make fun of you infront of your face:0
Kidden me ... I'm sure if I met cha it would be because women were fighting/wrestling infront of us. Wouldn't want to ruin that for the both of us.

Later Harry-
