RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

I hope this reply reaches you in poor health and bad spirits. I have been extremely inundated with work this past month. My ceramics expert and I have been poring over around 6,000 pottery shards that were obtained last autumn and it will most likely take the rest of this year to finish. I have also been working on my boat during the weekends and I still have not been able to launch it, but I digress.

Dr. Zhivago, you're turning into Jude with your "but I digress" comment.

Sorry to hear the boat was a no go. Considering all the rain we have had here over the past week, I'm thinking I may need to start work on an Ark.

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

Sorry Doc. No disrespect. Good luck with all that.

I agree with you, we have had so much rain here where I live that my basement is flooding, and I don't live in a low area. Good old West Virginia Mountains.

Doctor what an honor it is to hear from you. Now please if you would not mind, do stop lying about your supposed doctorateand your invisible boat, with your clay shards that you bought at walmart, thanks in advance.

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

I assure you, the honor is all mine. I consider it a great privilege to be focal point of your pre-pubescent mind. If I was a betting man, I would wager that I’m the dark figure that haunts the background of your finger-paintings. However, I can tell that you are not endowed with such well developed critical thinking skills, since your posts are usually a blatant negation of whatever I have previously stated. You need to focus more on the discussions that relate to the topic and less on a single person’s remarks. One would think that a topic such as ‘good/bad robots’ might appeal to your underdeveloped psyche, but alas, such is not the case. Maybe if one of the robots would be able to slander people at your will but not be able to follow a conversation; that might be something you could handle.

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

Haha, Dr.Z you kidder, how sweet of you to spend those precious hours with your thesaurus at hand so as to return a post to someone as "prepubescent" as me. Well then you (If of course you follow your own words)sunk to my level, and for that I can only say, shame on you! lol. You say that all I do is blatently negate whatever you previously stated, well my dear friend, that is merely because the truth blatently negates what you had stated. Well Dr.Z I just cant wait for your response I hope it is as grammatically correct as always, and let us not forget the expansive library of 2nd level words you should use, and then the main body of crap you never seem to forget to write.

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

I don’t know which one of the words that I used made you search for your dictionary, but I refrained from using any fifty-cent words in my last response so that you might be able to take my advice. You might regard them as ‘2nd level words’, but I don’t typically separate my vocabulary into different levels. As for your negation phase, I have already stated that I will not acknowledge any false accusations concerning my academic accolades.

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

maybe im just an idiot, but i have to love this pseudo-cerebral conversations going on between them. Im guessing Dr. Z's posts took him about 5 minutes a piece and Sures rebuttal most likely cost him 3 hours of searching for the definitions of the words. That "2nd level" vocabulary will get 'em every time. Can't say im the biggest fan of Dr. Z...but no man in his right mind would lie about a job cataloging thousands of shards of pottery. Im sure that would really get him dates at the bar. "hey babe, can i catalog you assets?" Or "Whew, i just spent 12 hours writing out tags for chunks of clay. Wanna f***?" Just doesn't seem to appeal. Unless perhaps he found some really odd woman with a fantasy of having her sexual encounter recorded in detail. So Sure, i would have to say the rest of the board posters are pretty sure Dr. Z really does this job. And some of us feel sorry for him. Now can we lay off this high brow bullsh*t and get back to the elementary namecalling?

RE: RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

Dear Z,
2nd lvl means that its a 2nd grade, so the words are just sort of above average but nothing too elaborate. I don't really know how to answer the second part of your rant, if you think the truth sucks, sadly I can't help you with that. Of course I do love your posts, can't wait for the next.

Dear BakaKage,
Now that was a fools statement, full of fun assumptions and idiotic rebuttals. OK. First I already addressed what I meant by 2nd lvl. And you know why he lied? So he can seem smart, so that when he writes he actually wants us to believe that the way he talks( Which is rarely the way any intellectuals would talk), followed by the idea that he can afford lavish excavation trips(Lest of course those imaginary millionaires fund those expeditions), and of course his little boat. So please as to appear less of a fool, talk less.

O, Dave how you been?

Love,
Sure

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

I dont know what movies you are hung up on watching...but those trips aren't funded by millionaires. They are paid for by governement grants. Its about the only way acheoligists (sp) and paleontologists can do anything. And maybe ive missed a few posts, but i havent seen him talking about taking this big overseas adventures. Last i heard he was going to be locked up in one room for the rest of the year cataloging what they already have. That doesn't sound like a big fun thing. And btw...normally Dr. doesn't talk that way. Its only when addressing a lower life form as you. Kinda funny..."2nd grade" means above average? so you currently function on a first graders intelligence? lol. i think you better elaborate on what you are talking about.

RE: whatever happened to dr. Z

Dear BakaKage,
Government grants are one way of obtaining money but funding can also be obtained through rich benefactors, as it has been done. He was saying it to sound smart as I have said before, to show more of his made up life style. Call me a lower life form if you want, but it was not as if I expected to hear an intelligent response well founded in fact. Also 2nd grade is not a category in elementary school, so when you said 1st grade that was a compliment since first grade skills are considered the best (As 2nd grade are above average, and so on...) Please understand that those that speak with conviction on subjects they know nothing of come out as idiots, such as you have done. I suggest you stop butting into arguments, your posts are now merely annoying.

Always loving you,
Sure
