Yay, I'm back. (sarcasm anyone?)

I desided against killing myself last week. Remember about all that stuf about me not fitting in anywhere here? Well I found a culture that I kinda fit in. I took a personality profile and it said that I was a Goth. I didn't think anything of it untill I did some research on them. I do fit in with them. Same outfits, colors, intrests, and overall feeling of ****-it-all-ness that I have.

I still have a ****ty life, but now I think I have a way to deal with it. The only problem is there arent any Goth people anywhere near where I live. Crappy backwoods West Virginia. I still think of killing myself all the time, but will put it off for a few weeks. I might be able to get back into school at the end of the month. (thats realy why I didn't) If I don't, I'm not going to spend the next 60 years living in the same house with my crappy family working for $5.15 an hour, would you? I have a half bottle of pain killers left over from my last surgery. They expired last month but thats why you take the whole bottle, right?

Anyway, I'm back for a few weeks.

By the way, does anybody know where you can buy a Gothic trench coat? There arent any in my area so I was thinking of getting one on the internet, and to my great surprise, there arent any on E-bay.

If your goth and having a hard time finding people, try http://www.gothicmatch.com/

Back on topic.

All of these are pretty bad, but I'm going to pick, "Dragonflies always fly straight for your nostrils." just becouse it's me. I live in a bacement so I am surounded by bugs. Mostly spiders.

What's your favorite type of bug? Or which one grosses you out the most?

Hey dragonmaster, good to see you've decided to stick around. Save the painkillers and ration them out so that you can have fun one pill at a time. Taking the rest will just make you puke a lot and get your ass put into a psych ward, which isn't pretty.

As for the trench coat, I used to get them at second hand stores or the salvation army. Don't get too stuck in goth mode, its great fun for awhile, but there are some extreme folks who want to drag you down with them. The clothes are my favorite part, but I find that being proactive and doing my best to change the things that make me unhappy is much more effective than pulling out all together, at least that way I feel like I have some power over my life.

All in all, please do stick around. Without too much detail, one of the things that got me through some really bad times was the thought that I'd be a pretty kick ass old fart, and I'm looking forward to corrupting my children's children with stories of my past.

My thanks to Dragonmaster for not using DM since I started using it. That said, I'd go for "Mosquitoes have shells like turtles", since I'm always getting bitten by mosquitoes, and I'm not sure why. Maybe pale nerds have extra-tasty blood.

Angela,

I'm not a "Manson" goth. No body modifications or hair die. Just black everything.
I'd like to get old, but seeing as though every male in my family dies from a heart attack by age 50, thats not going to happen. I have cronic chest pain now, but the doc's say I'm to young to worry about it, the quacks. Mabie I'll get lucky though and someone will make a cheap, heavy duty fake heart. I GOT IT!! If I want to die that badly, later I'll run for a few miles....... couldent hurt, right?

DM,

No prob. I'd rather use one name anyway. You know, in the middle ages it was a good thing to have pale skin. If you had a tan that meant that you had to work outside for a living, which meant that you where poor. Only the rich people had pale skin. I think it's better to have pale skin, anybody can hide bad skin with a tan.

TK,

dragonboy = under 18. I'm 21

SuperNerd,

Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. I thought about going there. I like the small classes that we have at MSU though. I've never had more than 10 people in one of my cooking classes. I learn better that way. If I have a question it's easier to ask the Chef, apposed to getting in line to ask. I do wish we had the Le Cordon Bleu thing, but we are a growing program. I'd like to stay and teach after I'm done, if I'm good enuf. As far as pastery chefs go though, you cant get any better than Chef Pat Doute. She's the best.

RE: Yay, I'm back. (sarcasm anyone?)

here's some sarcasm: boy did i miss you.

you had to take a test to see what you personality was? good thing you didn't take a spelling test.

since when is a trench coat Gothic? I figure it as an outer coat to keep you dry... all black huh...I suggest you stock up on head and shoulders and start worrying about your dandruff.

pale skin is good? how 'bout the lack of exercise that tends to go with it? And good skin comes from a healthy exposure to the sun, not from indoor lights.

my suggestion is to try a hobby that gets you outside at least once a week and gets you off the computer.

Another person that argues what he noes nothing about.

"And good skin comes from a healthy exposure to the sun, not from indoor lights."

Right......

http://www.ihcs.msu.edu/modules/Shades%20of%20Skin%20Care/skin/contentpa rtone.htm

"my suggestion is to try a hobby that gets you outside at least once a week and gets you off the computer"

What, you think I can practice with my swords inside? Or ride my MTB around in circles in the denn?

"since when is a trench coat Gothic?"

(to stupid to bother with)

I do use "head and shoulders" just in case, the lemon grass one.

My spelling always has, and will always will be crappy, i've said that all along, I don't need a test to tell me that.

Don't forget about tanning. You can always grow yourself a melanoma or two that way.

P.S. Welcome back Dragonmaster.
