I first spent 3 months meditating Another 3 months focusing my inner thoughts Another 6 months practising concentration on a candle flame. 4 months doing controlled breathing exercises and bone breathing. 18 months practice with the psi wheel. Then finally I was ready for the ice cube. It put it on a hot metal plate that was tilted slightly down on one edge and filmed it as it melted down the slope. Tricky stuff TK. Did you like my TK with the floating match stick? I thought that was pretty good, better than the ice cube! |
