Dragonmaster,

There's a great line in the movie "The Dish". A younger guy is having trouble asking this girl out, and his boss tells him, "Failure is never quite so frightening as regret." As the younger guy says, I wish somebody'd tell me that.

I disagree... failure/rejection feeds your negativity. You can easily convince yourself out of regret.

I"m kinda glad I never asked her out. Even if she said yes, I'm in poor health at the moment and really down. I wouldn't want to drag anyone down.
