It is the only way you'll be taken seriously in life. You don't want to be a barista forever do you? |

Posted By: Dragonmaster Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 644 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day I'm sorry Here it is again with spell check. I'm back on my PC, with my spell check thing. Speech? Ok, here goes. To my friends on OddTodd.com. Thank you for this day. I only wish I had more time to prepare for this unexpected occasion. My time here has been full of fun, and sometimes, anger. Most of which I've brought on myself. Some of the regulars leave, or change their name, but I've been here about a year now (I think, I'll check on that), and hope to be here in the years to come. In the past my spelling was horrendous, but I hope to improve. (not on this post, loopy PC right now, spellcheck I got ****ed up) I've gone through some hell in my 21 years and this place has helped ease the pain. For that I am grateful. Until Beth came along I had nobody to talk to about these things, this place helped keep me around until she came into my life and fixed things. I owe her my life, even though she dosent see it that way (stopping story about Beth before I get all veclempt) Most of you have been very understanding, I thank you for that. Some of the things I write about are exaggerated, or outright bull, but most of what I write about is true. (bull = engine) (true = Kaida, cooking school, stuff like that) Kaida would have loved this place. I've started on other boards and always came back here. This place has a certain flavor to it that I seem to like, or it could be like a train wreck and I just cant look away. I've introduced some people I know to the boards here (everyone actually) most post and are said to be me. Their not. Most run from here screaming in frustration, lol. To, apparently, the delight of most of you I've stopped posting about my daily life. It seems I go through **** now every day that a few weeks ago I'd have posted (like why I'm still up at 10pm and go to work at 5am) I'm writing a book instead that I'll one day publish. When I do get it finished I'll make sure OddTodd has the first copy. I am starting to get tired of the "debates". Regardless of what I post a sentence is picked out and taken out of context. There are a few people here you just cant satisfy. They are the dicks. Sometimes I can be a dick, and if you ever see me doing that point it out to me. I'll apologize. I am man enuf to do that. (I'm not to ask someone out to dinner, go figure) Sorry for the spelling errors, That was something I could never grasp (strange for all I read) I can tell when I'm misspelling something, but without a spellcheck I have no way to fix it. Thank you for all your advice, and for the Lol's. Thank you OddTodd for a place to come and do this. James Meadows, Dragonmaster There was no spelling for some of them. Old english I suppose. |

Posted By: Mr Cranky Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 637 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day "I'm writing a book instead that I'll one day publish" Why would someone that can't write a single sentence without a dozen mistakes think about writing a book. I would suggest publishing it on good toilet paper so people get at least a little enjoyment out of it. |
Posted By: adam Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 635 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day that was on Feb 1st...we said jan 31st...3 more speeches! |

Posted By: Anon Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 626 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day And unless you're talking about a grain, you're using 'spelt' incorrectly. |
Posted By: adam Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 618 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day your right, spelt...quick word for spelled then? |
Posted By: adam Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 617 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day now u got me thinking |
Posted By: adam Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 616 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day Actually...your right, and wrong. Spelt is a European form of wheat. & Spelt is a past tense form of the word spell. It is used right. :) |
Posted By: adam Posted On: Feb 2, 2005 Views: 614 | RE: Dragonmaster appreciation day I have never heard of the word Veclempt, and neither has the dictionary. Maybe it's another European word derived from another language? |
