RE: WWDMD

There are more red flags in your story than at a demonstration in Tiananmen Square.

Not only is this unhealthy for you to be acting like this, but it is also unhealthy for Beth to be accepting and encouraging it while in a relationship. First I think the whole innocent friend line should be dropped. You have made it very clear here that you would want more than friendship from her. You just got done saying you would like to see her in a corset. Since she has read this forum in the past, she has to know you're not interested being a little brother.

If she is in a bad relationship, that is between her and her boyfriend. It is not your place to 'take up the slack'. I would be willing to bet from some of your comments that this isn't her first bad relationship. If she does ever dump this guy she will go to another bad relationship and it won't be with you.

Most kids start doing collage in kindergarten. 16 years old is kind of late to get into that.

I agree with Cranky. It's not your place to pick up the slack Dragonmaster. You shouldn't take it upon yourself to to do boyfriendish type things for this broad just because her man doesn't do them. If you were truely just her friend, you would let it go.

Unhealthy? Were both having fun and being good friends. I feel better now that I know her than I've ever felt.

Unhealthy is being an anal retentive pusher of things that don't matter. Like gramor on the internet, among other things.

RE: WWDMD

Mr Cranky, first off I didn't say she was the other one I'd like to see in a corset.

Look, I don't have to answer to anybody on this. Seeing her happy makes me happy. It's not a sexual thing, so no threat to her boyfriend. If it couses problems between them I'll stop, I don't want that for her.

Shurly at least one of you have had a decent platonic relationship? If not, mabie I've outgrown this board.

RE: WWDMD

Dragonmaster, you are confused.

When you use your bad 'gramor', we just point our fingers and laugh and then go about our lives. It doesn't effect our health at all. On the other hand, as long as you fill out job applications with words spelled like 'shurly', 'maybie', and 'couses' you will be stuck working at a coffee shop for the rest of your life without health insurance to help you when your teeth are loose or your nose is seeping blood. That is unhealthy.

You didn't have to say it was Beth that you wanted to see in a corset for us to know that is who you meant. You clearly have a thing for her.

You can't really compare what everyone else does to you. I suspect your idea of a platonic relationship involves masterbating to your friend's photo. OK, damn it. I've grossed myself out again with that image in my head. Thanks a lot.

(pedantry alert)

Affect, Cranky, not effect. Also 'masterbating' should be masturbating.

Nonetheless, I broadly agree with you.

Thanks Jack. I lose about 2 IQ points a day and it is starting to catch up with me.

Luckily, I don't think I'll need to spell masturbating correctly on a job application.

Mr. Cranky, you can only visit this message board a few more times before you're clinically brain dead. I would save the few remaining brain cells you have left to think of a way to kill yourself.
