During that time we were just OK, then kind of stand-off-ish and for the last few months really close. She has been a great friend of late by helping me with some issues I needed help with, she is really great unconditionally understanding and non judgemental. Anyway we kind of buddied up for the last day for lunch then drinks then went to her place and had a walk on the beach and looking at her photos and just talking. She is single and I think she liked just having a male close for the night. Anyway, wont go into too much detail of what happened, but it was most enjoyable and we are both at ease concience-wise with it. |

I dont expect people to appreciate that things are not always quite so black and white, even though B & W is probably easier to deal with for you guys. The one thing that makes life interesting are those 'sliding doors' moments (as I call them), named from the movie, where you or fate makes a choice and it changes things from that point onwards. We all have them, sometimes they are insugnificant and other times they arent. |
