It is most often said in jest to tease someone for being girlie. No big deal. Faggot, on the other hand, is meant to degrade someone. Even if it is said by a fag to another fag, it is considered hateful. It's all in what you mean when you say it. I know black people call each other n-ggers all the time but if they're mad and call someone a stupid f-cking n-gger, it most likely will start a fight. |
